| 职位描述及要求： | Overview of role: To manage the design implementation ＡＮＤ rollout of our multinational telecommunication client’s new retail stＯＲe concept across multiple sites throughout China. To additionally manage ＡＮＤ ＯＲchestrate traffic flow ＡＮＤ operations throughout the rollout process while simultaneosly contributing conceptual ＡＮＤ technical design solutions. The position will be based in Beijing. • Degree in Architecture, InteriＯＲ Design, Industrial Design ＯＲ related area • Minimum 10 years experience in the design industry • Excellent communication skills, fluent written ＡＮＤ spoken MＡＮＤarin ＡＮＤ English • Strong experience of retail implementation on medium to large scale projects, specifically retail furniture/fixturing programs across multiple fＯＲmats ＡＮＤ channels • Ability to understＡＮＤ ＡＮＤ interpret architectural plans, elevations, drawings ＡＮＤ specifications ＡＮＤ to identify potential conflicts with global design stＡＮＤards • Strong technical knowledge with ability to trouble-shoot production issues ＡＮＤ manage various parties involved from design through to production issues • Proven skills in conceptual design ＡＮＤ ability to provide design solutions throughout retail projects • Excellent interpersonal ＡＮＤ communication skills honed within the creative industry • Logical, ＯＲganised, eye fＯＲ detail |
