| 职位描述及要求： | 资深设计师 职位描述： 1. 负责办公室内装饰项目的设计工作，从开始的沟通阶段到最终的竣工图 2. 手绘空间平面，进行概念和细节设计 3. 与客户及项目团队就设计问题进行沟通协调 职位要求 1. 室内设计，建筑设计大专学历以上或相关水平 2. 至少3年相关行业经验，对商业，办公空间的设计有较强的概念 3. 优秀的手绘和平面空间规划能力，有预算控制和预估的能力 4. 对整个项目进程各细节有丰富阅历.，有相应的成功案例 5. 熟练掌握AUTOCAD，3D MAX，Photoshop或LIGHTSCAPE等绘图软件，熟悉建筑装饰专业的各种规范、标准 6. 敬业，工作积极主动，认真细致，具有团队合作精神，能在压力下，规定的时间内高效率地完成任务 7. 良好的沟通能力和处理人际关系的能力，思路敏捷，勇于创新 8. 有外企工作经验者优先 对于符合条件的优秀应聘者，我们提供富有竞争力的待遇和发展空间。 Senior Interior Designer Job Deion: 1. Handle all the design activities for Corporate Office fit-out project, from the beginning communication stage till the whole package is submitted 2. Communicate with the client to clarify their needs 3. Space planning/ free hand sketching/ detail and concept design Requirement: 1. Minimum Diploma in Interior Design / Building / Architectural or equivalent 2. At least 3 years working experience with Corporate Office Fit-out projects 3. Detailed knowledge of and experience with the complete project development cycle. 4. Excellent free hand sketching/space planning skill 5. Diligent and can work at pressure and detail oriented 6. Commitment to teamwork and collaboration with diverse groups of people -Ability to develop projects from concept design stage through to finished stage on site. 7.
